OpenStat is a software written in C++ language by Bill Miller from Iowa State University, particularly aimed at Students in Behavioral Sciences. It includes procedures for univariate and multivariate analysis, nonparametric statistics, statistical process controll, simulation and data manipulation tools.
OpenStat can be downloaded freely here (there are Windows and Linux version availables), if you use it only for non-commercial purposes.
On its web site you can download also an help file to be placed in the OpenStat directory.
The user interface of OpenStat has a windows-style menu.
